Hoopla
Hoopla is a service offered by many public libraries which includes the ability to borrow films, documentaries and television programs. The availability varies depending on the library. To see the Hoopla catalog, you can log into your public library account or go to https://www.hoopladigital.com. Click the Get Started button and enter the name of your public library or zip code to see if your library has access. Then follow the steps to set up your account. If you are a library card holder you can borrow and view five movies per month.
